Summary
Under general direction of the Director of Information Technology, the Sr. IT Program Manager is the liaison between management, primary stakeholders, and the project management staff. The Sr. IT Program Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, funding parameters and according to standard operating policy and procedure (SOP’s). Responsibilities include governance, alignment, assurance, management, integration, optimization, tracking, finances, resource allocation and planning, and improvement. The Sr. IT Program Manager could provide supervision of a project directly or manage a project team to achieve corporate objectives.
This position is also responsible for oversight of the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program and the ITAM Team by overseeing the receipt, tracking, disposition, and retirement of all IT assets for the duration of their lifecycle; this includes but is not limited to maintaining records and databases containing licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the IT department’s hardware and software technology assets. This position will also have oversight of IT procurements.

- Retention Bonus: $1500***
- Starting Pay: $22.64/hr.***
- Effectively lead a staff of direct reports including business and asset analysts, project managers and IT professionals, leading and motivating project teams through the tasks of developing and executing project objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure accuracy, timely flow of projects and compliance with internal project management methodology.
- Ensure internal systems are kept up to date with the necessary information to ensure all team members, managers and directors have access to the necessary project and/or resource related information.
- Coordinate across departments to manage day-to-day workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Professionally and technically develop and manage subordinates through formal and informal coaching, training, work assignments and the performance appraisal process.
- Oversight of the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program to include development, implementation, enforcement, processes, policies, and standards.
M inimum:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 10 years’ experience
- At least 5 years’ recent experience in medium to large size multi-location firms.
- Valid driver’s license
- PMP Certification
- N/A
