About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our brand management, client acquisitions, communication, and event coordination efforts. This dynamic role will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, marketing partners, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the firm's brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that promote the firm's services and values.
- Crisis Communication:
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential issues and protect the firm's reputation.
- Client Engagement:
- Design and execute programs to engage clients and prospects, driving loyalty and retention.
- Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and executing events to promote the firm's services, engage prospects, and enhance client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
- Experience with PR, media coordination, or podcast guest booking is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and through written communication.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and social media management tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
