As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through our live chat platform. This position can be done remotely or in our office, providing flexibility for those who prefer to work from home or in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints through live chat in a friendly and professional manner
• Identifying and resolving customer issues through effective troubleshooting techniques
• Proactively informing customers about our products and services
• Documenting and updating customer account information as needed
• Assisting with online orders and providing shipping information as needed
• Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality
• Utilizing online and offline resources to provide accurate and efficient support

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high quality and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Comfortable with remote work or working in an office environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings if needed
