North Village LLC is a growing property management company dedicated to providing quality housing and excellent customer service to our tenants. We own and manage various residential properties across the nation, catering to diverse communities and lifestyles. With a commitment to creating a positive and collaborative work environment, we are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.


Job Overview:

We are looking for a Remote or Office Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. This role offers flexibility, can be partly remote or fully office-based, based on the successful candidate’s location.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other team members
  • Manage and distribute incoming emails, mail, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and organize office files, contracts, and important documents
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for team members
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare and process paperwork, invoices, and expense reports
  • Assist with managing social media accounts and marketing materials
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects and presentations
  • Complete special projects and assignments as assigned by management


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma, equivalent or higher required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to take on new tasks
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
