Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agent to join our growing team at North Village LLC. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about our products and services to customers' queries
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Maintain customer records by updating account information, documenting interactions, and recording details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide additional support if needed
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Strive for first call resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
- Assist with any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
