Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Remote/Office Phone Support Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of customer service principles, and be able to provide exceptional phone support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers related to product inquiries, orders, and general support
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all communication
- Follow up with customers on pending issues to ensure timely resolution
- Escalate challenging or complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or phone support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not required
