The commencement of this position is subject to funding decisions, which are beyond the control of North West College, and therefore subject to

Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Coordinator, Business Development, the position is responsible for supporting business
development activities by initiating, organizing, promoting and facilitating the delivery of industry credit courses and
contract training programming and courses.
In collaboration with the Manager, Student Services and Meadow Lake Campus, this position also is
responsible for auditing of the Student Housing Administration Framework and providing guidance to
support staff.
This position is responsible for:
- Conducts research, using S.W.O.T analysis, and monitors industry demand, community interest, and identifies
- Establishes partnerships with stakeholders to identify and select programming that meets their needs.
- Advise and assist the Coordinator with staffing requirements and ensures appropriate instructional
- Supports instructional staff including but not limited to directing workflow, monitoring quality of work, orientation,
- Assist with program planning, including curriculum, mode(s) of delivery, schedule, and an evaluative
- Arranges facilities and equipment necessary to deliver courses/programs, including textbooks and other
- Monitors the quality of program delivery to ensure it meets program design, learning outcomes, established
- Conducts student application evaluation, recommending placement based on program enrollment capacity.
- Documents and refers students to the Coordinator for supports to facilitate success or address conduct issues.
- Initiates and prepares course evaluation reports, as well as maintains student records required for program
- Initiates requests for program promotional materials, developed in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator,
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives and enhance the quality of
- Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned to contribute to the success of student learning and a
- Travel will be required. Evening and weekends may be required as per program needs.
Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
- A 2-year Diploma from a recognized post-secondary education institution in a related program area including
- One year experience in a planning and organizing role to support program delivery.
- A combination of relevant education and experience in the above areas of responsibility may be considered.
- Demonstrated skills in collaborative problem solving, analysis, and leadership.
- Demonstrated team building skills, including the ability to work in a collaborative team setting, and maintain a

- Ability to research, analyze and assess information to develop and prepare reports, proposals, budgets,
