North Westchester Restorative Therapy and Nursing has an exceptional opportunity for a Dietetic Technician.

Duties may include all or part of the following but not limited to:
- Coordinate Dietary Service with other departments as necessary.
- Meet with Dietary Staff as needed to assist with identifying and correcting problem areas and/ or improvement of service.
- Assist in planning, developing, organizing and implementing department goals and objectives.
- Conducts in-services as requested.
- Inputs new admissions, diet orders and menu changes in computer menu software.
- Works with Food Service Director to plan menus for residents according to nutritional requirements, special diets, and food preferences.
- Visits residents and families to update food preferences, address concerns as needed.
- Supervise food service staff, monitor meal service daily.
- Analyzes, evaluates and recommends solutions with interdepartmental problems when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university, with a major in dietetics or nutrition.
Job Type: Part-time and Full-time
Salary: $25-28 per hour
