Role Description
Serves as contract lead for contract administration responsibilities throughout the contract life cycle for various contract types and arrangements. Collaborate with teams on the preparation of proposals, contract negotiation, reporting requirements, change orders and contract closeout procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals and customer correspondence in accordance with commercial and Government requirements. Review and negotiate terms and conditions applicable to orders and other services provided by North Wind. Review and execute non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, certifications, and other contract related documents.
- Manage compliance areas and requirements in accordance with federal regulations per FAR and DFAR. Manage contract reporting and associated plans including financial reporting, small business plans and government property system. Provide contract closeout and financial documents.
- Manage contract milestones and deliverables to ensure all contract commitments are achieved. Oversee government delivery requirements as well as commercial and foreign regulations. Analyze and apply controls including CUI and U.S. export laws and regulations, including EAR and ITAR.
- Provide guidance and support related to contract requirements to cross functional areas. Manage multiple critical internal and external deadlines, including short-turn requirements. Maintain company training programs for employee contract compliance.
