We are in search of a Part Time RN/LPN on 3rd shifts to provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory policies and procedures and to assess residents’ care needs and take appropriate action.
*Free Ins. Option*
Flex position available. Increased wage scale for Flex employees.
Wages:
- RN: $39.90/hour - $41.40/hour (Based on experience)
- LPN: $35.65/hour - $38.40/hour (Based on experience)
- $1.00 per hour more for candidates who have an MSN or BSN
- Including $3.40/hour MI pass through until 09.30.25

Qualified candidates will have:
- The ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional interpersonal skills
- The ability to work every other weekend
- A valid Michigan Nursing License
Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement policies & procedures.
- Supervise and Lead all direct resident care.
- Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physician’s orders and accurately record all care provided.
- Assess residents and develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on individual needs.
- Work cooperatively with residents, nursing staff, physicians, families, consultant personnel, community agencies and ancillary service providers to ensure residents receive the appropriate care.
