Role Description
This is a part-time (20-25 hours/week) on-site role for a Concierge at North Woods Village, Kalamazoo. The Concierge will be responsible for greeting all prospects/visitors, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining the front desk and lobby area, receiving and distributing business and residential mail, and acting as an assistant to the Executive Director, Business Manager, and Director of Community Relations and Marketing.
