About the role
As a UX / UI Designer at North, you will play a key role in crafting the visual identity and user experience of our platform. Reporting directly to the GTM Chief of Staff, you’ll own and execute design projects across product UI, marketing materials, and branding assets. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our platform and how North presents itself to the world.
This role is perfect for a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoys working on both product and marketing design. What you’ll do
- Design intuitive, scalable UI components for North’s platform
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and templates in Figma
- Develop landing pages, marketing materials (social, ads, decks, etc.), and other brand assets
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual consistency across product and marketing
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to align design with company goals
- Improve the user experience by conducting research, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs
- Stay ahead of design trends to enhance North’s brand and user experience

This is a hybrid role in our New York office (in West Village). You will work part of the time in the office and part of the time remote / work-from-home.

Compensation
The base pay for this role is : 100k-130k per year. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
