Job Description
North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA is looking to hire a Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. As a CDL Delivery Driver at North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by working quickly and safely to move merchandise to meet our customers needs. You will be responsible for delivering complete, accurate and on-time deliveries while representing North 40 Outfitters in a highly professional and safe manner that complies with DOT, OSHA and other applicable regulations.
This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 6 am to 4 pm. This shift does not require working weekends or overnights.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently or in a group setting
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals on a regular basis
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining detailed and focused
- Ability to become forklift certified, must be 18 years of age to obtain
- Must have a class A CDL in good standing, with a safe driving record free of violations
- Ensure vehicles are in proper working condition by performing required user maintenance checks on a regular basis
- Maintain communication with North 40 Outfitters during deliveries for any updates of instructions
- Protect, maintain and prevent theft & shrinkage of all property entrusted to you by the company
- Protect North 40 Outfitters value by keeping information confidential
- Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-45 lbs. frequently, and 45-65 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 65 lbs.
