As the Senior Systems Monitoring and Backup Engineer, you will play a key role in continuously improving monitoring systems, addressing security vulnerabilities, and executing core NOC processes. The Senior Systems Monitoring and Backup Engineer will use their expertise to guide both technical support and project tasks, ensuring the efficient operation and resolution of network and system incidents. You will focus on maintaining best practices and seamless communication with clients while overseeing critical systems and supporting the broader service delivery.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Systems Monitoring and Backup Engineer :
- Provide expert technical support and lead project tasks for clients.
- Monitor systems, analyse events and troubleshoot incidents, collaborating with internal teams or external partners for quick resolution.
- Ensure solutions are implemented according to best practices and industry standards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients.
