We are a seven-doctor, full-service small animal practice that has been proudly serving the Northampton and Pioneer Valley communities for nearly 25 years. About You
You are a Certified Veterinary Technician (or eligible for certification) with the following qualifications and traits:
Experience: You bring clinical skills, including:
- Patient triage and assessment
- Phlebotomy and catheter placement
- Radiology safety and technique
- Anesthesia monitoring proficiency
- Perioperative surgical nursing
- Routine dental prophylaxis
- Basic laboratory procedures
Adaptability: You excel at tailoring care to meet each patient's individual needs.
Initiative: You're a team player who helps keep the hospital running smoothly.
Compassion: You prioritize communication and collaboration to ensure the best outcomes for patients and clients.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday to Saturday; every other Saturday morning is required. Closed Sundays with no on-call hours.
- Compensation: Starting rate of $24 to $30 an hour, depending on experience level. Experienced candidates start at a higher rate.
