What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Digital Stragegy position at NorthBay Health?
At NorthBay Health, The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact digital marketing strategies that align with NorthBay Health’s strategic priorities, focusing on ambulatory facilities, medical practices, service lines, and business units. This individual will manage web strategy, digital engagement, mobile platform development, and consumer-facing tools such as AI, personalization and online appointment scheduling.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing. Demonstrated experience managing a digital marketing team. Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred, particularly with ambulatory facilities, medical practices, or service lines.
Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, CRM, marketing automation, CMS). Understanding of performance marketing, patient engagement and acquisition strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and operations. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making. A passion for improving the patient experience through digital innovation.

Compensation: $180 to $190 based on years of experience doing the duties of this role.
