What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Marketing position at NorthBay Health?
At NorthBay Health, the Director of Marketing is a key role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies to achieve the health system’s business objectives. The Director works across the organization to create and implement marketing plans that build brand awareness, support growth targets, engage stakeholders, and foster a positive public image for the organization. This role will manage marketing activities, including advertising, service line marketing, branding, and market research.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Required). Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
Experience: Ten (10) years of progressive experience in marketing. Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results and support organizational growth.
Skills: Strong understanding of CRM, digital marketing strategies, social media, traditional advertising, content marketing, and integrated marketing communications. Demonstrated ability to manage a marketing team, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in market research and data analysis to guide strategic decision-making. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.

Compensation: $180k to $190k based on years of experience doing the duties of this role.
