Northborne is seeking an experienced Analyst to join our rapidly growing M&A practice in Minneapolis. Our Analysts play a critical role in every aspect of the transaction process from initial pitch through closing, including interacting closely with the firm’s senior bankers and clients’ senior executives. Responsibilities
- Supporting preparation of pitch and marketing presentations
- Preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
- Assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations
- Conducting industry and company-specific research and due diligence
- Identifying potential strategic and financial (e.g., private equity) buyers for our clients
- Supporting the due diligence process of buyers, including managing online data rooms
- Interacting with clients regularly, including attending client meetings
- Assisting in the development of client, prospective client, and professional advisor relationships
- Participating in the overall growth and culture of the firm
