Our client, a fast growing Private Equity firm, seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their Investment Team in NYC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for multiple investment professionals, including scheduling meetings and calls.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for investment meetings.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between the investment team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and other organizational tools.
- Assist with team projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience supporting investment teams in a hedge fund, private equity, or financial services firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Dynamo preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
