CLO Manager

Our client, a leading Alternative Asset Manager in Midtown Manhattan, is looking for an experienced CLO Manager

to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fixed income securities / bank debt and proven experience with CLOs.

You will...

  • Manage investment pipelines, coordinate trade funding, and new vehicle onboarding
  • Monitor CLO compliance, including portfolio concentration limits, and recommend appropriate measures
  • Reconcile portfolios and manage cash requirements, including loan settlements, warehouse borrowings, trade breaks, etc.
  • Review legal documentation, ensure reporting accuracy, and calculate waterfall distributions,

Qualifications :

  • 3-7 yrs. of CLO related experience
  • Experience with loan settlements required; knowledge of Aladdin and Wall Street preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
