Compliance Associate
Our client, an established and highly regarded PE fund, is looking for a compliance associate / analyst. This is a very broad role with tremendous growth opportunity. The person hired for this position will have autonomy over various functions, interaction with all levels of personnel firmwide, and the ability to focus on specific areas of compliance, if desired, over time. Notably, the fund has recently opened a new line of business and is continuing to grow. Compensation is competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of compliance experience required (buy-side experience is a plus; however, highly qualified consultants from advisory firms and sell-side candidates with strong compliance experience looking to transition to the buy-side will be considered)
- Experience with technology and / or automation of a compliance program
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of the financial services space and applicable regulations
- Prior exposure to PE and / or Credit is a plus
