Our client is a leading asset manager seeking a motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support a c-level executive. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's daily activities inclusive of managing a complex schedule, arranging travel, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex calendar and scheduling, including coordinating meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with various projects and initiatives as directed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a relevant capacity within the asset management space.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other office management software.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $140,000 - 170,000
- Competitive, discretionary bonus (15-25% typical)
- 100% of benefits paid for by the firm
