The firm offers exposure across all CRE asset classes (multifamily, office, retail, industrial, construction, bridge, and some CMBS). Key Responsibilities :
- Analysis and Underwriting : Analyze and underwrite various commercial mortgage deals, including different property types (construction, bridge, multifamily, retail, office, industrial).
- Transaction Setup : Manage the setup of transactions, writing detailed analyses, and ensuring all parties understand the nuances of each deal.
- Lender Engagement : Identify and engage with lenders, leveraging existing relationships to negotiate favorable terms and create competitive term sheets.
- Client Communication : Present term sheets to clients clearly, either directly or through brokers, ensuring understanding of the deal structure.
- Team Collaboration : Work alongside underwriters and brokers to ensure smooth deal flow and execution.
- Process Management : Transition signed term sheets to the loan processing team, ensuring compliance and completion of necessary documentation.
- Market Knowledge : Maintain awareness of market trends, lender requirements, and regulatory changes regarding commercial real estate finance.
