Job Description :
The position will be part of a team managed by the MD of Tax and will report to the Tax Manager on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with all federal, state, local and international compliance related activities
- Prepare year-end tax work papers
- K-1 allocations, and tax return papers
- Calculate taxable income for portfolio companies, tax adjustments, tax basis calculations, and semi-annual income estimates
- Interact with outside accounting firms daily
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned
