Our client, a leading Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund, is looking for an experienced Trading Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle of investment products, including but not limited to MBS, RMBS, and CMBS.
You will...
- Work directly with the PM’s and Operations teams on trade bookings and overall management
- Monitor trade positions as well as P&L
- Oversee trade recaps to ensure accuracy across the trade life-cycle process, including reconciliations and settlement breaks
- Assist with MBS Valuations
- Implement automation to improve efficiency whenever possible
Qualifications:
- 4-7 yrs. Supporting Portfolio Managers or trading desk
- Strong understanding of key products
- Bachelor's degree
