Northbridge Recreation Club in San Rafael, CA is looking for one lifeguard to join our 4 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Northbridge Pool is hiring for seasonal lifeguards.
The lifeguard jobs are beginning April 30, 2023 (weekends only) then everyday from June 6-August 12; Fall hours available on the weekends. Compensation is $18-20 hourly DOE.. The hours and days are flexible so you may request part-time or full-time work. Our pool is open 7 days a week and we post guards from 12:00 - 7:00 p.m depending on the day.
We are a family friendly pool that is run non-profit.
Lifeguard responsibilities include:
MUST BE lifeguard certified
CPR and First Aid are A BONUS
Prior lifeguard experience would be great
Greets all members and guests
Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
Maintains cleanliness of pool area
Enforces the pool rules at all times.
Keeps accurate records,
Checks Chlorine level
Punctual
