What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA/HHA position at Northbrook Heights Assisted Living?

**$500.00 Sign on Bonus** After completion of 90 day review
Personal Care & Home Health services to clients residing in Assisted Living Facility. The services will include health care tasks, activities of daily living, medication management, light housekeeping, and support services as individually identified.
Must possess ability to accurately observe, effectively communicate, and document in client's record. Also possess strong attention to detail, time management, and sensitivity to the needs of all clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years' of age and eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma or GED Plus (1) year of paid work experience as PCA/HHA
- Completion of a NYS Department of Health approved Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) training program with certification.
Reliable transportation a must, and proof of vaccination. Requirement to pass all background checks including criminal, medical.
