Pay & Schedule:
Starting Rate: $15.00 per hour
Monday Evening: 5:45pm-7:45pm
Tuesday Evening: 6:15pm-9:45pm
Anticipated Start Date: 6/9/2025
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Routinely enforces rules, regulations and policies at an assigned facility.
- Effectively performs light custodial work and routine clean-up.
- Completes athletic facility or gym set-ups and break downs.
- Routinely walks facility for security reasons and to inspect for safety issues such as spills, broken items and inappropriate behavior.
- Accurately fills out accident reports, incident reports, and any other forms and schedules established by the park district.
- May operate equipment (i.e. clocks/timers) as required.
- Must arrive fifteen minutes early.
- Must greet the public or team prior to any game, practice, or open play situation.
- Diligently follows and adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with internal and external customers in a positive manner.
- Follows safe work practices.
- Attends trainings and meetings as required.
- May be required to personally maintain or have access to facility keys, fobs, or codes for facility access.
- Completes any special assignments or tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
- Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older. Demonstrated customer service experience or focus. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Possess basic knowledge of pickleball. Work independently and efficiently. CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain within one (1) month of hire. Knowledge of software applications, such as for program registration.
