About the Position:
As a Treatment Nurse, you will provide compassionate care to our residents by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Working under the supervision of registered nurses, you'll collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the physician or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Perform wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and bandaging as needed.
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation of treatment plans.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current LVN license/RN license in Tennessee
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
