Summary
The Project Manager at Northbuilt is responsible for leading and managing bathroom remodeling projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional project management skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and client communication, contributing to the firm's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project scope, schedule, and budget. Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control costs. Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and financial targets are met.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and subcontractors. Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet project goals.
- Scheduling: Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules. Coordinate with superintendents, and clients to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and financial records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
- Purchasing: Review selection schedule from the selection coordinator and execute purchases for the required materials that will be needed to complete the project.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of years of project management experience in the construction or remodeling industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing residential projects.
- Certifications: PMP or other relevant project management certifications are preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. BuilderTrend, MS Project, Procore).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Senior Project Manager
- Direct reports: Designers, Superintendents, and other project team members per the org chart.
Working Conditions
- Combination of office-based work and frequent visits to project sites.
- May require occasional travel for client meetings and site inspections.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) on job sites.

Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, typically ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Performance Bonuses: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses tied to project completion, quality standards, and adherence to budget to be determined at the time of employment.
