Some Key Responsibilities:

• You’ll be the linchpin in our daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and organization at the front desk.
• Your welcoming demeanor and efficient service will directly contribute to our patients' recovery journey and overall experience.

• Coordinate daily front office operations with finesse, from check-in flow to insurance verification, ensuring no patient is left waiting.
• Lead by example in delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care to every patient interaction.
• Provide supervision and support to admissions specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Tackle patient concerns with grace and efficiency, leaving no issue unresolved under the guidance of our program director.
• From opening to closing, you’ll handle it all – from maintaining supplies to ensuring office scheduling runs like clockwork.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting. 
•  Excellent written and oral skills are a must, along with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills are essential for success in this role.
• This position demands adaptability and efficiency, with a willingness to go the extra mile for our patients.
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Uphold professional standards and ethical codes, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
