- Sign-on-Bonus $2500 payable at 6 months
- 12 hour) Shift 7pm-7am; minimum 4 weekend days worked a month 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off.

- First 90 days of training will be day shiftKey Responsibilities :
- Build meaningful relationships with consumers while assessing their needs and providing face-to-face services.
- Administer medications and offer healthcare education to empower consumers.
- Coordinate with community providers and support consumers in accessing the benefits they need, like Medicaid and Social Security.
- Oversee the medication room, maintain clinical records, and ensure accurate documentation using Health Information Technology systems.

- Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma with an accredited LPN program completion.
- Proficiency in MS Word and intermediate computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to move about the facility.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid Oklahoma driver's license, and current automobile liability insurance.
