As a Mental Health Tech, you'll provide invaluable peer support services, serve as an advocate, and offer essential information to consumers in an urgent care setting. Your presence is crucial to help us meet our operational needs, and this role is designated as essential.This position is slated for a 12 hour shift from 7pm-7am; 3.5 days and 3.5 days off. With a shift differential of $1 / hr from 6p-10p and $2 / hr from 10p-6aKey Responsibilities :
- Utilize your recovery experience to mentor and teach effective coping techniques and self-help strategies.
- Work cohesively within a team, participating in treatment team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
- Help clients apply for benefits, provide transportation when necessary, and support them in developing independence and self-sufficiency.
