Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist at NorthCare located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Therapist will be responsible for providing mental health and substance use services to individuals and families. The role will involve conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.
Qualifications
- Counseling, Therapy, and Clinical Assessment skills
- Experience in providing mental health and substance use services
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
- Licensure as a therapist in Oklahoma OR LPC candidate or LCSW or LMFT under supervison
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working in child welfare services is a plus
