Responsible for developing and maintaining Core and other applications related scripts, programs, and associated code. Must have a strong ability to develop efficient and well documented code. A high attention to detail and a focus on collaboration is required. |

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: |
| 1. Collaborate with other IT and business units on current/proposed business processes to develop related scripts, programs, or code to meet end user requirements and expectations. |
| 2. Develop and document efficient code based on requirements and standards. |
| 3. Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain existing code and scripts. |
| 4. Suggest operational efficiency improvements based on user feedback. |
| 5. Keep up to date on the latest technology and industry trends. |
| 6. Develop an understanding and working knowledge of the credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, policies, procedures and appropriate software systems. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned. |

Knowledge and Skills: |
|
Experience | One year to three years of similar or related experience. |

Education | (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program. |
