As the Director of Business Development, you'll develop census and quality mix, manage the admissions process for prospective and incoming residents, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Reach out and respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources.
- Serve as the initial liaison with residents and families for facility services
- Work closely with administrative team to verify insurance and obtain authorizations for admissions of referrals
- Meet with residents and families to obtain necessary information for admission, conduct tours, and determine eligibility.
- Assist in developing presentations and events aimed at community education and awareness on facility specialty programs and services.
