Northcrest Rehab and Nursing located in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team! As our Marketing coordinator, you'll develop census and quality mix, manage the admissions process for prospective and incoming residents, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out and respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources.
- Serve as the initial liaison with residents and families for facility services
- Work closely with administrative team to verify insurance and obtain authorizations for admissions of referrals
- Meet with residents and families to obtain necessary information for admission, conduct tours, and determine eligibility.
- Assist in developing presentations and events aimed at community education and awareness on facility specialty programs and services.

Qualifications:
