Northcrest located in Napolean, OH is seeking experienced Full-Time (STNA) State Tested Nursing Assistants for our both our Nights and Weekend Warrior shifts.

Position Summary :
As a Northcrest STNA (STATE TESTED NURSING ASSISTANTS) , you will enjoy working in an environment that promotes professional growth and development. STNA individuals are responsible for caring for the residents under the direction and supervision of a RN / LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.
Essential Functions of State Tested Nursing Assistants :
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
- Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
- Adhere to all policies and procedure of CCH Corporation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
