Responsibilities of a Business Office Coordinator:
- Responsible for coordinating the business office activities for a long-term care and short-term rehab / sub-acute care nursing center.
- Process Accounts Receivables and Payables, distribute and key invoices accurately in accordance with GL codes, vendor names, authorizations, list monthly accruals, post payments, monitor medical billing and collections, and maintains records accurately, to ensure an accurate closing at month end.
Qualifications for a Business Office Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1 ) years’ experience in third party billing / collections
- 1 years prior Business Office, Accounts Payable, and/or Medical Billing and Collections
- Experience in a Long-Term Care setting a plus
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer with efficiently in Microsoft Office Products required.
- Medicaid filing and follow through process knowledge required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
