Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) systems.
- Manage environment setups, package builds, system replication, and troubleshooting of JDE architecture.
- Perform regular system performance monitoring, optimization, and capacity planning.
- Lead and support cloud migration strategies for JDE EnterpriseOne and other enterprise applications.
- Work with AWS cloud services for hosting, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Implement and maintain security standards, ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide support for JDE system integrations with other business systems.
- Monitor and manage JDE CNC (Configurable Network Computing) processes to ensure system reliability.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals.
