- Participate actively in code reviews contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to coding best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring the stability performance and security of our clients applications.
- Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and trends in software development including advancements in JavaScript TypeScript cloud computing and AI proactively seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) for project management actively participating in sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Employ cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP for deployment scaling and infrastructure management contributing to the development of highly available and resilient systems.
- Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI / CD) automating the build test and deployment pipeline.
- Leverage version control systems like Git for code management collaboration and branching strategies.
- Explore and integrate AIdriven tools and techniques into the development process such as AIassisted code completion automated testing or predictive analytics to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Mentor junior engineers providing technical guidance and fostering their professional development.
