Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rebuild, repair, and provide preventive maintenance on airport ground support equipment, vehicles, and other related equipment
- Ensure Northeast Air's Fuel Farm remains operational and in compliance with all local, state, and federal compliance regulations
- Ensure daily monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections are completed and documentation completed as required
- Responsible for ensuring all GSE and facilities are operated, maintained, and inspected in accordance with guidelines
Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry compliance safety rules, regulations, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Experience with hydraulics and electrical equipment.
- Basic knowledge of gas and diesel engines.
- Knowledge of frame, chassis, and suspension systems.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and understand schematics.
- 2 years of experience with aviation ground support equipment preferred.
- Ability to understand ground support equipment manuals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Employees will be required to provide all basic hand/ power tools to perform their daily tasks
