Job Summary: Conducts assessments, reviews data and develops treatment plans in accordance with Community Employment regulatory requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical and behavioral guidance and support to Community Employment staff around specific individuals supported.
- Develops Behavioral Support Plans in accordance with the Department of Development Services regulations.
- Collects information for plan development through on-site observation, record review and intervies.
- Develops behavioral treatment plans and presents to Human Rights Committee /or other governing agencies.
- Collects behavioral data and analyzes effectiveness of treatment recommending changes to plans as needed.
- Works collaboratively with other clinical team members, Program Directors and support staff.
- Attends Community Employment team meetings as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or another related field required.
- BCBA certificate and Massachusetts license required.
- Minimum two years’ experience with individuals with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, and other behavior related disorders.
- Demonstrated professional written and oral communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Job Type: Per Diem (6-8 hours/month), Hybrid and variable work environment
- Pay rate $70/hr.
