The Spotlight program provides ABA services for children with ASD and other related diagnoses. The program facilitates peer-to-peer interactions through Natural Environment Training and capitalizes on organic opportunities for peer connection using an evidence-based ABA social skills curriculum. Children will not only be taught skills, but also will have to demonstrate those skills within the group via role play. Groups are formed based on the basis of age, developmental needs, interests, and social/language competency.
Monday-Friday
8:15am-2:15pm
July 8th-August 16th
Will need to have availability to attend orientation and trainings prior to program start date.
Behavior Technicians Will
The Northeast Arc is a leading organization north of Boston that has been dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities since 1954. Among the many services the Arc delivers, Applied Behavior Analysis is offered within 4 different program modalities: Home and community services, social skills groups, EI services and Center-Based early learning/ preschool services. Our ABA programs at the Northeast Arc, provide a continuum of consistent evidence-based services for children, teens and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related neurological or developmental disabilities. Our services focus on client-centered treatment models developed by Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABA), which are based on a thorough assessment process and ongoing in-person and remote consultation (as needed/requested) to meet the needs of our clients. Our senior clinical staff (BCBAs/LABAs) have extensive experience working with a range of ages and behavioral needs, in a variety of settings. Our number one goal as an agency is provide the individuals, we serve with the ability to access their home, community and social settings to their fullest potential possible. - Spotlight also offers insurance (ASD diagnosis required) and private-pay options; behavioral assessments; school consultations; drop-in groups; and a summer program.

Behavior Technicians Will
- Provide community support to individuals over the age of 5
- Teach specific skills and behaviors, in accordance with the goals, objectives and strategies identified in client behavioral treatment plans.
- Implement behavioral strategies as prescribed by the BCBA (clinical supervisor).
- Attend and contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and individual supervisions.
- Complete required clinical and non-clinical paperwork
- Insure the health, safety, and well-being of clients.
- Minimum of high school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, and high degree of professionalism
- Valid Driver’s license and vehicle
