As our Client Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for onboarding new clients, managing benefit accounts, and providing top-notch customer support. Responsibilities
- Process health care flexible spending account, dependent care, and health reimbursement arrangement claims in the claims administration system.
- Research and resolve check payment & check return questions between payor and payees.
- Provide customer service support via email and phone to assist with questions related to enrollment status, plan design explanation and education, and general account help.
- Process enrollment and status updates within the claims administration system.
- Assist in the preparation of client benefit compliance testing.
- Process daily banking to connect claims reimbursement to participant or provider.
- Document and maintain procedures.
- Provide training to client contact(s) in matters of enrollment, plan design, report generation.
- Answer insurance broker questions related to participant accounts and client reports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Aptitude for working with claims administration software and databases
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to understand, evaluate, and make judgements on plan designs
- Knowledge of group benefit language
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: From $53,000.00 per year
