Northeast Biomedical was founded in 2011 in Tyngsboro, MA. We are a medical device product development and contract manufacturing company that develops a variety of products for our customers. We have in-depth experience in catheters, disposable devices, sensors, optical systems, laser products, instrumentation, test fixtures, robotics, and automation equipment.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. If you have 1-3 years of experience in sales and are excited about finding new opportunities and driving growth, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will conduct research on potential leads, reach out to prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your goal is to create a strong pipeline of qualified leads that will contribute to our overall sales success and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research targeted leads through various channels, including online, LinkedIn, social media, and industry databases.

Outreach: Conduct structured and systematic outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products and services, and generate interest from sales prospects.

Qualification: Qualify prospects and opportunities using the BANT process to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile.

Appointment Setting: Schedule online and in person meetings for our sales team with qualified prospective customers. Assist in the handoff of opportunities to sales account managers.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead/prospecting interactions and status in our CRM (Monday.com) system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the senior sales leaders to understand their needs and provide them with qualified leads and opportunities which will result in sales growth to meet company objectives.

Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation, outreach activities, and appointment-setting performance. Track activities and successes to produce data to determine a quantitative sales pipeline model that can be predictive of sales success to drive the company’s growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales sales development business development role, with a record of accomplishment of finding and qualifying leads and uncovering excellent opportunities which have resulted in company sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects to act.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, social media, and online leads database research
  • Research Abilities: Strong research skills to identify and qualify potential leads and their fitness as NEB customers.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes. Experience with Monday.com and Pipedrive CRM a plus
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. A proven and documented record of success as a sales development representative or business development representative with a technically based company and/or product.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with all groups within a small company environment.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet and exceed sales goals set with the director of sales. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • U.S. Employment Eligible.
  • Ability to work in the Tyngsboro, MA office full time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
