Hours:
- Mon, Wed, Thursday 8:15-6pm
- Tues and Friday 8:30-4:15
- Occasional Saturday: 8:30-12:30
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our chiropractic office. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring that their experience at our office is as smooth and stress-free as possible. In addition to greeting patients and answering their questions, you will also be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and handling insurance claims.
Responsibilities:
· Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
· Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly
· Schedule appointments and maintain an organized appointment book
· Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files and records
· Assist chiropractors with patient care as needed
· Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
· Keep the reception area clean and organized
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Excellent communication and outgoing
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
