Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing New Hampshire team!
FFS - Fee For Service Position
The Behavior Technician will be responsible for the implementation of clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior, and the provision of ABA-based instruction to promote development of new skills, at the direction of their supervising BCBA. The Behavior Technician will monitor client behavior, collect data on client behavior and skill acquisition, and report the data back to supervising BCBA. The Behavior Technician will work collaboratively with the supervising BCBA, either in-person or via a telehealth modality, and the client’s family, to support meaningful changes in client behavior.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or a GED
- At least two years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
- At least 18 years of age
- Pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Availability to work after school and evening hours
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Experience in applied settings implementing behavioral interventions preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A compassionate approach to care
