As a Clinical Assessment Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with Intake Staff and Program Directors to complete assessments for new clients and assist staff with case assignments. You will supervise a team of clinicians and help them with developing the skills required to provide high quality treatment according to program guidelines. You will assist staff with providing strength-based, therapeutic care to children, adults, and families in their homes and the community. Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
- Clinical Licensure in the state of NY required (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
- minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual English / Spanish required!
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
- Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
