Northeast Family Services Outpatient Assistant Program Director Massachusetts Apply Now Northeast Family Services is premier mental health provider with over 20 years experience providing services to children, youth, and families.We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed clinician to join our growing Massachusetts team as Assistant Program Director for Outpatient Therapy.The Outpatient Assistant Program Director is responsible to provide leadership and support daily operations to our client care programs. The APD will assist with staff development, treatment coordination, and clinical supervision to our Outpatient Therapy staff. This individual will help to ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
